Tamsin is a Bournemouth-based Doula, mum/PA to 3 inspiring girls. She volunteers for Families and Babies (FAB) as a breastfeeding peer supporter and for Doulas Without Borders, providing vulnerable people with support as well as practising as a qualified Doula.

Becoming a parent is a rite of passage, it transforms you, and your memories of birth and early parenthood stay with you forever.  This is largely down to how you are made to feel rather than what happens. Working with your physiology, hormones and balancing your nervous system is essential for your spiritual, energetic, mental and emotional wellbeing of you, your partner and your baby. She use's my experience as a reiki, mindfulness and meditation practitioner and training in mental and emotional wellbeing to make this a central part of my support. Adding in  nutrition and bodywork you have your greatest tools to thrive and give your baby the best start. I work closely with other professionals as part of my commitment to the ongoing health and wellbeing of you and your baby. This gives you holistic support for your mind, body and soul.

Intuition Yoga was founded by Jenna Foster to support mothers to thrive physically, mentally and emotionally in pregnancy, birth and motherhood.  As well as offering pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes and 121s in the Wimborne area, Jenna is a breastfeeding peer supporter and runs events and workshops to help local mums build their community.  Jenna is soon to complete her doula training to further deepen the support she can offer to women through the life-changing journey of becoming a mother.
