Once you've booked, we'll email you to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to deliver or for you collect your items.
Delivery/collection of equipment takes place on the first day of hire, collection/ return on the last day, from your desired collection address.
Express delivery, or delivery outside of our standard hours is available, however will incur an additional fee.
If we're delivering to or collecting from a hotel or property host, please ensure their contact details are provided.
Proof of ID will be requested at delivery.
Delivery and collection are available 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday, excluding bank holidays, across BH1-BH24 postcodes. Deliveries outside of these postcodes will be dependant on courier schedules.
Please get in touch with us before booking if you would like to hire equipment and have it delivered or collected outside of the BH1-BH24 area.
We often use a third-party courier service for deliveries and collections outside our local area.
Couriers sometimes operate outside our normal delivery hours, and therefore, the timing of your delivery or collection could fall outside of those too.
Please check the equipment against the product condition report and inventory supplied upon delivery. Issues should be reported to customer.services@thebubbahub.com within 12 hours of receipt. Please note that we are not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Depending on product availability, extensions to your hire period may be possible, please contact us as soon as possible at customer.services@thebubbahub.com if you would like to extend your rental.
Any equipment returned late, where an extension has not been agreed upon, will incur a daily rental charge of £25 (with the first day taking effect the day after the original return date as stated in the order confirmation).
If we come to deliver or collect and you cannot take or give us the equipment, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery/re-collection fee.
