To reserve an item, select the relevant category, enter the dates required, and we'll show you what's available.
Add the item/s to your basket and then checkout, selecting any add-ons you might require.
We'll prepare your item/s following our multi-step safety and sanitation process, and it will ready for delivery.

You collect or we deliver
We'll arrange delivery to your desired location, whether that's at home, a hotel, an Airbnb or a local airport (Bournemouth or Southampton).
If you are staying away from home, we can liaise directly with your host, hotel or family members to arrange delivery, ensuring your equipment is ready and waiting for your arrival.
We offer free collection from BH12, delivery/collection charge BH1 - BH17 £10 inclusive, BH18 - BH24 £15 inclusive

During this period, if you have any queries or issues with the products, our customer services team are here to help.
You return or we collect
At the end of your rental period, youcan choose to return the equipment or we collect from your desired location.
