Delivery or Collection

For Baby Equipment Hire in Bournemouth & Dorset (BH1–BH24)

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email to arrange delivery or collection of your baby equipment hire. We offer free collection from BH12 for local customers. If you would prefer delivery to your home, holiday accommodation, or hotel, please select the relevant delivery option at checkout. Delivery pricing is automatically calculated based on your postcode.

When selecting your hire start date, you’ll also be asked to choose a preferred delivery and return time. These times are provided as a guide, and we will always aim to arrive within one hour either side of your selected time.

Delivery and collection take place on the first day of hire, with return/collection on the final day, from your chosen address.

Express delivery and out-of-hours delivery or collection are available for an additional fee.

If we are delivering to or collecting from a hotel, holiday let, Airbnb, or property host, please ensure full contact details are provided at the time of booking.

For security, proof of ID is required on delivery.

  • Monday–Friday: 8am–6pm
  • Saturday: 9am–5pm
  • Sunday: 10am–4pm
  • Excludes Bank Holidays

Delivery & Collection (Outside BH1–BH24 – UK-Wide)

For deliveries and collections outside our local BH1–BH24 area, we use trusted third-party courier services to safely and reliably transport your baby equipment hire across the UK. Courier delivery options can be selected at checkout.

Please note that couriers may operate outside our standard delivery hours, so your delivery or collection may fall outside our usual times.
