Delivery or Collection

For Baby Equipment Hire in Bournemouth & Dorset (BH1–BH24)

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email to arrange delivery or collection of your baby equipment hire. We offer free collection from BH12 for local customers. If you would prefer delivery to your home, holiday accommodation, or hotel, please select the relevant delivery option at checkout. Delivery pricing is automatically calculated based on your postcode.

When selecting your hire start date, you’ll also be asked to choose a preferred delivery and return time. These times are provided as a guide, and we will always aim to arrive within one hour either side of your selected time.

Delivery and collection take place on the first day of hire, with return/collection on the final day, from your chosen address.

Express delivery and out-of-hours delivery or collection are available for an additional fee.

If we are delivering to or collecting from a hotel, holiday let, Airbnb, or property host, please ensure full contact details are provided at the time of booking.

For security, proof of ID is required on delivery.

  • Monday–Friday: 8am–6pm
  • Saturday: 9am–5pm
  • Sunday: 10am–4pm
  • Excludes Bank Holidays

Delivery & Collection (Outside BH1–BH24 – UK-Wide)

Due to rising courier costs, along with an increase in items being delayed, lost or damaged in transit, we are now only able to offer UK-wide courier delivery and collection on a case-by-case basis.

Where courier delivery is agreed, appropriate courier insurance will be included to provide additional protection for your hire equipment while in transit.

While we will always make every effort to dispatch your items in plenty of time, The Bubba Hub Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. We therefore strongly recommend allowing a few extra days before you need your equipment, particularly if you are hiring for a holiday, flight or other time-sensitive occasion.

If you require UK-wide delivery or collection outside our local BH1–BH24 area, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email before booking. We can discuss your requirements, availability and the most suitable courier option for your hire.
